Question about Windows 7 from an old, long time XP user (talking My Pictures folder)

I'm an XP user looking for a good software program for giving slide shows of images. I would like to know if Windows 7 will allow you to run a slide show in random/shuffle mode when you're running a slide show in My Pictures. You can't run a slide show in shuffle mode with XP, there are no options for that. Unfortunately the XP user is forced to run all images in sequential order.

Yes. Start the slide show, right click, and click on shuffle.

Also, you can do this on XP with Irfanview.
