Question about winbond chips.....

Are BH-5 and the CH-5 are the preffered chips? The ch-5 would be better bc of the .13 micron design , right? Thanks
Steven

Technically I suppose the .13 micron design would be "better". But -BH5 chips are great. I do not know any memory that comes with the CH5 chips though.

Refer to your previous thread about Winbond -BH5 chips, and how well they perform.

Any specific reason why you need something that much faster than PC3200? The Winbond BH5 chips already clock higher than that. Unless you're going to uber-overclock a 800mhz FSB P4, I really don't see why.

So no one recommends the CH5s over the BH5 despite the .13 micron design? Is this just becuase the BH5 is a more proven chip? Does anything think the CH5 has potential to be better than the BH5? Thanks
Steven

I suppose .13 micron chips would probably either clock better than previous ones or achieve similar clocks at lower voltages, which seems to me good enough...
