question about winamp3 and corneramp

I finally got corneramp to work by putting the zipped file into the skins dir. The only problem is that my wallpaper doesn't show through the unused box of the corneramp skin. The unused portion of the box is black. What am I missing?

You're missing an operating system that has support for alpha blending. The only ones that will let you have a translucent corneramp are Windows 2000 Pro (not to be confused with Windows ME, or Millennium Edition), and Windows XP.
