Question about Win2k reboot recovery.

Whenever win2k crashes and I have to do a hardware restart, win2k ends up doing a hard disk scan. The annoying thing about the scan is that it takes longer waiting for the scan to start than the scan takes to finish. I was wondering if there was a way to get rid of the 10 second pause before win2k starts the hard disk scan. Thanks

Yeah, use NTFS if possible.
