what do u guys think the minimum requirements should be for a computer running win2k pro and games (counterstrike, quake 2, unreal tournament, black and white....)???? i currently have a p3-450, tnt2 ultra, and 128 mb ram
 
I believe you have the minimum requirements already. You might want to add more RAM.
My previous system was like yours and everything ran fine including games.

Definately add more RAM the operating system alone in Windows 2K almost always occupies 62MB of RAM. So unless your wanting to be stuck in Page File Hell get more RAM
