question about walmart game department

I bought tony hawks unground 2 remix for the psp. everytime i try to quit the game, it freezes. i have to pop the UMD out to exit the game. in story mode i can't load atlanta for anything, it freezes every freakin time.

if i go up to walmart asking them to replace it, would they do it without any questions? i don't want a refund or another game, just want it replaced.

if they won't you think best buy will let me return it for a replacement?
 
in your situation,you shouldnt have any problems exchanging for the same game. just tell them its faulty.

are you sure its not an issue with your psp? is this the only game it has problems with?
 
bought the game from walmart. world tour soccer works fine, has given me zero problems.

THUG2 is the only problems ive had with my psp
 
Haven't returned a game to Walmart, but took back a opened DVD set before. They exchanged it no problems.

Just take it to customer service.

customer service. and they shouldn't give you any trouble at all if you just want to exchange.
