the psu only has 1 12 volt rail. the cpu is a athlon xp mobile 2400+ overclocked 600 mhz to 2.4 gigahertz, and at 1.725 volts. the 1 12 volt rail is reading between 11.73 and 11.78 volts. is this too low or should it be ok? just thought i'd ask to be sure. i dont' want his pc to mess up.
