Hey guys. I've just recently got into Visual Basic for making programs and such, so I made a test program. Basically its function is to send what ever message you want really fast or whatever speed you desire. Veloncia, as you can imagine we're a bit skittish about binaries posted by brand new users. Furthermore the download service you have used requires registration before anyone can even download it. As a result I have removed the download link. I do not wish to discourage you from participating here, but before posting download links (and with a better host) you at a minimum need to go into much greater detail about what the program does, and what it is exactly you're looking for in terms of feedback.
