That's not true at all.

For some reason Viagra is a prescription medicine within the US. That means only a medical doctor can prescribe it to you. If you have a prescription then doctors do have free trials they can give you, and there is many places that you can buy it online. Some of those online places will help you get the presciption.

Not true, it will have an effect. The question is will you get much benefit from that effect.
Viagra can not help with premature ejaculation, it will not make you last longer, it will not, for a healthy young male, make you harder nor longer. It can cut down on the refractory period, and it can help you stay hard for longer periods of lack of stimulation. Neither of these are the prescribed use for the drug, but they are the reasons are why it is so commonly used in the porn industry.
