Question about Via p4pb 400

Can this board run a Northwood 2.0A at 133MHz FSB while still running the memory at 133 (PC2100)? Also, would it be possible to have a lower FSB, say, 120 or so (in case the CPU won't run at 133) without altering the memory, PCI and AGP clock?

I don't think the board has a AGP/PCI lock but it will do 100Mhz and 133Mhz. Don't know if the FSB can be lowwer than the memory though?
