I'm currently dealing with a retard on Ebay. I purchased a Halloween costume for my kiddo. The auction ended on Oct 2nd and I sent payment the same day. Here is the tracking # she gave me after 1 week:
Well I waited until ~ Oct 24, 2007 (after sending numerous emails for an update) before I filed a claim with Paypal. She responded in the claim form with the 2 following entries:
After a few days, Paypal found in my favor and I received my money back. I was happy, life was good.
Well then the bitch leaves me retaliatory feedback.:
( I know, typical ebay story). I've already filled out some form with Ebay asking for it to be removed on the basis that it's a complete lie ( based on the tracking #)
My question is, looking at the status of that tracking number, I'm thinking what she did is printed out the shipping label online (which gives a valid tracking #) but she never shipped the package out (hence the status being the same for over 7 weeks now). Does this sound right or am I reading it wrong?
EDIT: I forgot to add the 2 emails she sent after I told her that I had contacted Ebay about her feedback (and I did call her a liar and a scammer in the email

US Postal Service Parcel Post Tracking # 9102128882300024576916 Shipping label printed Oct-02-07 Cost: US $4.68 I shipped this out and had a return address on it and have not received it back. I have almost 100% positive feedback and would not jeopordize this for a $5.00 costume. If it did not get there why didnt I get it back.
Hi I just realized I had a dispute. It has been crazy with Halloween. I shipped this item out on the date stated. I have a confirmation number. This was a costume that cost over 25.00 that I sold for $5.00 as a clearance item. I have almost a 100% positive feedback and would never jeopordize this for something so little. Please check my feedback as over 700 and look into this. I feel the buyer received the item and has changed their mind. Please let me know. Thank you

I DID SEND OUT THE PACKAGE.   THE POST OFFICE MUST HAVE LOST IT. I SEND ALL MY PACKAGES OUT WITH A RETURN ADDRESS AND NEVER RECEIVED IT BACK. DONT YOU THINK THAT IS ODD.   YOU CAN ANSWER ANY FEEDBACK THAT YOU THINK IS UNFAIR.    THAT IS WHAT THE FEEDBACK FORUM IS ABOUT.   I AM ALSO GOING TO CONTACT EBAY THAT YOU ARE HARRASING ME.
