Question about using my Paypal balance to shop online...

Paypal has an option where they assign you a virtual mastercard #, and you are able to use it to shop online using whatever your balance is.

My question: If I purchase something, and for any reason the charge has to be cancelled (like say if the charge was pending but then I cancelled it), would I get the money back?
 
Yes, because Ive done it a few times. It sometimes takes up to 10 days (after 10 you get the money back period) but you get it back.
 
Yes they money would be refunded to your paypal account. It just takes some time, I once ordered postage online at USPS.com but canceled the order at the step where you have to print it (after the card was charged) and it took almost 2.5 weeks for the money to get back into my account.
