Question about user settings in Win2k...

I'd like to set it so that all my user settings automatically redirect from the default "Documents and Settings" folder to a folder on a separate hard drive... that way, if my OS crashes and I have to reimage the computer, I still have all of my favorites, settings, etc. Does anyone know how to do this? (i.e. which specific registry keys to edit?)
