I recently turned off the annoying UAC messages and noticed that now I don't have access to most files on my C directory(where vista is installed). I logged onto my admin and gave my second account(the main one I use) full permission to modify anything on this disk but I'm still getting the "you need admin access to do this" message whenever I try to modify an .exe or folder.
Which service needs to be turned off so I can do this?
