Question about used PC133

If a stick of noname PC133 64MB SDRAM has been in use for a year or so without any apparent problems, how high is the chance that it WILL develop such problems later, say in the next 2-3 years? In other words, is it safe to purchase used SDRAM modules if they have worked just fine for a while?
 
It must be hella cheap.. pricewatch shows new 64mb pc133 at $10 a stick... crucial at less than $30. Used RAM is probably OK though.. how much are you paying for it 🙂
