question about US Travel Passport ...

Hello,

I have this question, If I wanted to go somewhere to Europe, is it enough to have only travel passport with me, or I should have my passport with me ?

uhhh...what's a travel passport? never heard of such a thing. If you don't have the little blue book with the eagle on the front and your picture on the inside flap, then you can't go to Europe, period.

When we didn't even had green card , my sister had to get Travel Passport to go to Germany, so that she could return to US ... so you don't need american passport ...

ohhhh, i get it, you aren't citizens. uhhh...don't you have a passport from your original country?
