One of my packages was suppose to arrive today, but instead, the status changed to an exception: AS REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER, THE RECEIVER WILL PICKUP AT A UPS FACILITY WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS;CUSTOMER HAS CONFIRMED AND WILL PICK UP PACKAGES THIS EVENING
I never even called up to change the status of this shipment. I didn't even receive a info notice slip or anything.
Becase of this, can I just go down to the pickup center and bring my tracking number and ID and go pick up my package tomorrow?
