Question about upgrading Vista business (retail) to Vista Ultimate (retail)

I have a computer running Vista Business that I'm going to turn into a HTPC was wanting to flip flop the os'es with another pc and put Vista Ultimate on the htpc and put Vista business on another computer using the steps here.. http://www.ehow.com/how_205640...business-ultimate.html

Since these are retail this is possible correct? Or will I loose the licenses to each os? thanks

Since the licenses are retail, there's no reason you can't swap them as desired.

MechBgon is correct. However, if the Vista Business is already activated on computer A, you may have to call Microsoft and unactivate it so that when you move it to Computer B you won't run into a "This cioy is already activated" problem.

Doing the swap is no problem for retail versions. You may be able to do it this way:
