Question about upgrading from LCD to Projector.

Ok ever since about a year ago I have been going nuts upgrading my screen space. I started with a 17" CRT Flat Screen computer monitor, then went dual screen with that and a 19" LCD. Then got rid of the CRT and replaced it with a Dell 2407WFP. Then replaced the 19" LCD with a 32" Vizio, which I use for Xbox 360, Computer, and very little TV. Just watch TV at night when I am going to sleep. I traded a Wii to my neighbor for the 32". He now has a projector that he is wanting to trade me for the LCD. I have never really looked at Projectors and am very clueless about them. The one he has is a Cinego DLP 1000. My LCD is the VW32L. The only place the projector could go is on my east wall facing my west wall and which is a 13' gap. Not really sure how much space a projector needs. Then the wall it goes to is 12' x 8' I believe, but I can't remember and don't have a tape measure right now. I don't want to paint the wall, and probably wouldn't buy a high quality screen for it unless I really needed it since it is just for personal use by me. I would just hang a white sheet from the ceiling down.

Since it doesn't have an RF connector for cable tv, is there any way I could get an adapter to convert RF to composite or something? Also I looked around on a few sites for this projector and i can't find the correct resolutions, I have found like 4 or 5 different ones. What is the highest resolution it supports? Does it do 720P? Also is it a bad idea to use a projector for a computer screen due to the bulbs burning out? My current LCD turns off after 15 seconds of the computer going to sleep.

Anything else I should know?
