Question about Upgrade copy of Windows

Ok here it is, if i buy the 40 dollar Windows 8 upgrade, use it on a Dell PC and when it breaks, Is there noway to use the upgrade on a PC I build? I'd only have a Dell OEM Vista CD and a W8 upgrade version that I'd need to get on a PC i build with a blank hard drive.
 
We don't really know yet. I'm betting that the double-install trick or registry hack might still work, but there's no way to tell until we get our hands on a retail iso.
 
Quite surprise though you have the upgrade of Windows 8. I'm waiting for the month of Sep when the windows 8 RTM will release.
 
There is No reason to worry so much (unless One needs personality wise to be worried 😛 ).

Whatever the solution is, it probably will be $10 to $20 difference between solutions within the sub $50 price.
