Question about Unlocking with ATT

I bought one of the 20.00 Nokia 520 GoPhones the other day. We want to use it in Canada on a carrier up there to avoid the crazy rates they charge Verizon and ATT customers. My sister has been with ATT for many years, so she should be able to get an unlock code without a problem?

Yeah. She should be able to unlock without a problem. I didn't even open the package, I just used the IMEI number that was on the outside of the packaging.
