Question about Tribes 2

I was wondering if anybody knew whether Dynamix was just updating the Tribes 1 engine or rewriting the thing altogether. Will glide be the renderer of choice again?

T2 will not be Glide dependent.


I believe this is a new engine though I am unsure of this.
