If Iam downloading on torrent, what if my up speed is higher than my download speed. Should I set a limit, and if i do set a limit will my dl speed lower>

It all depends on the seeder to leecher ratio, and right now your a seeder because there arent that many available with the full file, so you are seeding what you have of the file until more seeders come.
