forward the correct port through your router, change the setting for max connections per torrent

I am not using a rooter

And change the settings for max conection per torrent, where do we see this option in bit comet??

i limit my upload rate to 50k, and set no limit for download, and still cant get it pass 50k lots of time

Either you are on crappy trackers, or your ISP is capping you 🙂

Or, there could be some obscure setting in BitComet limiting you.

Maybe use Azureus or uTorrent instead & see what happens.

Do you think its my ISP that can do that to all their user, or they are targeting me personnaly??

ISPs can tell if you are using bit torrent if you are using older versions, and many do cap you (or boot you). Most newer builds of bit torrent clients mark the packets as "bulk data" and cannot be known by the ISP.
