Question about those referral sites...

Are there any referral sites that DON'T require you to refer other people? For example, are there any that I can just do 10 offers myself, instead of getting other people to do them?

Please note: I know it's against the rules to post referral sites. I'm trying to make it clear that I'm NOT trying to promote my own referrals - I'm simply asking a question about these types of programs, which seems to be in compliance with the forum rules. If they aren't, I apologize and tried my hardest not to break the rules.
