question about this face plate

I saw the same thing about a week ago at some other site. I want one for my cdrw but Not sure if it would fit, so I decided not to get it.
Thast the only button I use anyways.
 
I am not sure I understand... Your CD drive has the eject button on the lower right side? If so, that is where the button is on the faceplate in the pic I see. I think this faceplate would work for all of my optical drives (two Lite-Ons, an AOpen, and a LG).

If you look closely there is an eject button on the bottom right side of this cover. That is what that little white symbol is on.
