Question about the voltage lines...

I just built a system with a 8KHA+. I know the 12, 5, 3 voltage lines don't usually get that exact voltage. Its usually a little under like 11.8, 4.7, and 2.8. On this system the 12V line is over 12. Its like 12.4. Is that a problem? The only hardware installed right now is:

900 Mhz Athlon with FOP32 HSF
128 MB of RAM
Geforce 2 MX200
20 GB Maxtor drive
floppy drive
Yamaha CDRW
