Question about the power for my PC.

Just last week my computer shutdown 3 times due to electric problems in my city(strong winds). Today my computer shutdown twice due to electric problems in my own home(long story).I'm just wondering does that damage my computer in anyway?I dont plug my computer directly into a wall.But I do get kind of worrried.

Data loss is probably the first symptom you'd notice if you're working on something. I'd recommend investing in a UPS.

I dont really care as much for that...than the actual hardware parts in the computer...i meant any electric-hardware problems i could be potentially be dealing with.

Since it's an Antec power supply you're probably ok.
