Question about the PicoPSU-90

Here is what I'm looking at.

My question, it says it supplies 90w of power, but I've always thought it HAD to have an AC adapter. Is this this true? Or if I want to limit it to 90w (which is enough), do I have to add one of those as well?

It needs an AC adapter to work, the Pico PSU requires 12v input as opposed to the typical 120v power cord.

"Kits" available which includes AC adapter
