Question about the new FX-55 cpu

I was wondering if anyone had a guess as to the soonest we might see the price drop some?

Edit: yep it is 3rd quater of 2005

I don't think it will drop because as soon as the FX-57 comes they will discontinue the FX-55.

I agree. Look at the price of the FX-53. It is still 800 bucks.
