Question about the new and old Radeons

I'm might be getting the new Radeon soon, but I'm worried about the tv out. I will buy it from the US, there they use NTSC but here we use Pal. Does the Radeon support both ?
 
yes they always have before although there have been problems with checz pal and subtitles?

other than that that's all ive heard

i'd recommend a search on your countries websites to see problems native to your area
