OK, Kevin Spacey is Keyser Soze? So in the backflash to the boat, the guy with the Hat and Suit was Kevin Spacey, right?

Not necessarily. That scene may have just been from Spacey's story that he was telling the police. Though, it seemed like it was what really happened. If I remember correctly.

Guy in the hat was Spacey and while the movie was a good one, there were some holes in the plot.
