Question about the Lovegate Worm

I think it is a worm, I don't know much about these things. Anyways, about once a day, Norton Antivirus 2k3 with latest updates will say it has found a Lovegate in my netservices.exe file within windows, and that it deletes it everytime it finds it (which is about once a day). Does anybody know if I am keep getting a new one? Or is it the same worm that is never getting deleted? I am on 56k, so bascially I have no protection at all as far as a firewall that a broadband/DSL user would have going through a router.
