Question about the G15 Keyboard

If you mean can you pop them off and change them with other keys, yes. But there's no tool included to make the process easier, so just get a screwdriver and don't press too hard. I broke one of my spacebar mounts by doing it too hard...🙁

Can new keys be ordered somewhere?

I always wear off RDFG since those are what i use for gaming (instead of WASD).

the G15 is made to be reprogrammed on the fly

you can have many games profiles and configure all those G keys to do whatever combination of moves that you want.

Hmm... Interesting, I've never heard of anyone doing that before. May I ask how you got used to those controls? And what keys do you have assigned to sprint/crouch? (this is assuming you are playing FPS's, which I think that you are judging by your post).

I play UT2k4 mainly; i use a variation of what's mentioned below for other games:

R = forward
D = left
F = back
G = right
Q = bio rifle (pinky finger)
W = shield gun (pinky finger)
E = translocator (right finger)
T = flack cannon (pointer)
Y = rocket launcher (pointer)
A = jump (pinky finger)
S = crouch (pinky finger)
H = shock rifle (pointer)
B = minigun (pointer)
N = lightning gun (pointer)
space = use (thumb)
shift = scoreboard (thumb)
mouse back button = link gun
mouse forward button = mic

WASD is actually one of the dumbest layouts, since you have basically no free keys available for binds to the left, hence why i moved three over.
When playing games like UT2k4 & Q4, taking you fingers off the movement buttons is a good way to get killed, which is why all the binds i use use only pointer & pinky, as i can keep moving while weapon switching.
