question about the FS/FT

Hi,
I have a gift certificate for ebags that I need to get rid of. Its in the form of a coupon code. I know in the FS/FT forum, you are not aloud to sell codes, but this is not like one of those dell codes freely avaliable to the public that you can reuse. This is a 1 time deal....like a gift certificate. Can I sell it in the FS/FT forum?

We cannot allow this sale if you do not have the actual gift certificate. Code numbers are too open to potential fraud.

We are not accusing you of anything wrong, but if we allow your post, we would have to allow others and evaluate each one on a case by case basis. We just do not have the manpower to do that.

There is nothing wrong with selling a gift card/certificate in FS/FT, if it is truely a gift card/certificate. (not $x off $xx amount coupon, no restrictions)

Gift certificates are perfectly fine in FS/FT forums. Coupons OTOH are not.
