Question about the empire state building...

Is it meant to be the "empire state" building,

the "empire", state building,

I believe it's called the Empire State Building because NY has the nickname "The Empire State". So I'd go with "Empire State" Building.

Yarly. I think it took like 11-12 years to get to capacity.
