Is pnumonia (SP) the only real thing you can get from being in the cold
i know people associate cold weather with getting a cold because people they are in doors more and germs are spread more easily and that is why they get a cold not from the weather itself. just wondering.

i always thought that the cold weather lowered your immune system and therefore made you more susceptible to picking up viruses.

if that is the case then you could catch just about anything.

it doest lower your immune system, when its cold more work has to go into keeping yoru body warm, so there is less energy there to fight virii and such, which its easier to get sick in teh winter
