Question about temp readings.

HI all, I finally built my Core 2 rig
CoolerMaster CAC-T05 case with a yate loon 120mm fan rigged in the 3 empty 5.25" bays such that is is in line with the cooler's fan)
AC Freezer 7
P5W-DH
E6600 at stock for now (waiting for my G.Skill to arrive)
1Gb (2x512 DDR2 667 CorsairValue Ram)
1x 150GB Raptor
1x Benq DW1655 DVD-RW
nVidia 6200TC
OCZ ModStream 520

Now Speedfan says my temps are 23 degrees idle and 32 at load

CoreTemp says 36-37 at idle and 45-45 at load.

Which ones are correct? Not panicking but just curious.
