Question about Taxcut refund speed.......

I usually just fill out my 1040s and mail um in but am curious how long the e-filing with the Taxcut software takes?

I'm getting a lil chunk back but dont wanna give H&R Block like $100 or $150 whatever they charge to rapid refund.

got mine in about 10 days last year (i filed using tax cut).

you will usually get direct deposit the friday after the first friday after you file


so like me, i filed late thursday night, jan 30th with TaxCut from my home PC
so i will probably get my direct deposit on Feb 7th , but it might not come in until Feb 14th
there is some cutoff date/time and i forget when it is on thursday's , but if you get in before that, you get it the end of the following week (usually, some delays happen so YMMV)

if you file this weekend, you should get it on feb 14th

Like a week turn around for $25 (b4 deals), YTF are people paying 6 times that for next day? If they only knew.......

Same with the state refund?

That software is even free after rebate when ya buy federal.

states vary WIDELY!

last year, i got my missouri refund in something crazy, like 5 days

but when i lived in Georgia, it took 3 weeks or something like that
