Question about Tab Mix Plus

do you know how to open a new tab right next to the current tab?

let's say u have tab A, B, C, D open,,, and you are currently on tab A, if you right click on a link and choose open in new tab, the location of the new tab comes right after tab D...is there an option to make it open right next to tab A?

Good question. In the Tab Mix Plus Options, in Events, I have the "Open new tabs next to current one" option checked, but that only works if you right click the current tab (not a link) and choose New Tab. Even the option "Open other tabs next to current one" does not open a link in a tab next to the current one. Might be a question for the dev?

anyway! I figured it out on my own! But also thanks to you as you gave me the initial idea of where to look...it is the option right below "Open new tabs next to current one"

I prefer tab utilities and I believe it will allow you to do this.
