Question about stepping for a 5600+

I have no idea what the stepping means, but I've heard that its important. Here are the two processors I'm talking about. I think they are exactly the same, except for their stepping:
F3 Stepping AM2 X2 5600+
F2 Stepping AM2 X2 5600+

actually, I just noticed the F3, the one in stock, has 1Mb of cache per core, so I guess thats the better one...

Might be a typo. I believe 5600+ only come in L2 2MB ( 2 X 1MB) in 90nm. I think it is OEM vs. Retail. Sorry, if I'm wrong.

Plus, the second cpu has this in 4600+ spec?
