Question about Steam...

I bought HL2 through the Steam DL a while back. I want to reinstall my computer but because I bought the HL2 by download dont have a CD for it. After the reinstall can I install Steam and just DL the HL2 again for free? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

ya you just download steam and install HL2.

Guide to backing up steam

You can also open STEAM, then go to file > backup. To restore the backup simply double-click the backup file and follow the wizard.
