Question about Staples. Help

I have a gift card good for $20 off $100. It works both instore and online. I purchased something couple weeks ago using this 20 off 100 online but later cancelled that order.

I want to use this coupon again, but it does not seem to work online anymore, even though I cancelled the order I used it with.

Can I still use this in B&M? Do they just take the giftcard or punch it in the register? I really need to use this for the holidays. Thanks.

I would think it's probably good for one use only. I think the main Staples coupon thread at F@twallet talks about the differences between the major Staples coupons. If it's a 5 digit coupon code it's one that's not unique to any one person therefore probably can be used multiple times. But if it's one of those long coupon codes (like every $20 off $100 I've gotten in recent memory) then I think it's only a one time use coupon.
