If your BIOS is set to AUTO for all memory settings, you can run CPU-Z and see what the memory is actually running at, plus what the SPD is actually set for (doesn't always match manufacturer's claims or the sticker on the RAM). If it isn't running properly, either it would be running too fast and system would be 1% faster or unstable, or it would be running too slow and system would be 1% slower.
