Question about Sony Vegas

I have footage that I fraps'd myself (no sound) and a video that has music. How do I make my fraps'd footage use the music from the video? The end result I am looking for is my video playing with the other videos music, but I want to occasionally cut to the video that has the sound.

Easiest way to do it?
