question about software that comes with computers

hello, i just bought a thinkpad and it came with office 2003. However, i have my own copy of office (thats already registered) so am i allowed to resell the one that came with the thinkpad????

It says nothing about "no resell" or anything along those lines...

yes, actual copy. I didnt purchase the unit (my dad did) so he may have selected it as an add on software???

if it is a real MS Cd and doesn't say "NFR" , then post it on ebay and get some $

well he either bought it for you or they installed and shipped it to you by accident

well he either bought it for you or they installed and shipped it to you by accident

its not installed, unit came factory sealed
