Question about SMS text messaging

I have a Nokia 3586i and am trying to download a ringtone. I can get the text message just fine, but there is no option to download or use the URL which is in the text message. The manual says there should be an option called "Use Web Link" but that this option is only available when "a URL is present in an SMS message". Does anybody have any idea about what I can do here ?
