Question about selling a car

I'm selling a 1995 Olds Aurora, and I've been asking $1500 for it. I've had a guy offer $600 cash, plus an HP Media Center M1160n PC. It's got a 17" LCD, 200GB HDD, 1GB PC2700, and an Athlon 3200+ processor and 1.5 years of a Circuit City warranty left on it. I'm thinking that I'll take the offer, and just sell the PC or donate it and use it as a tax write-off.

Does this sound reasonable, or is that computer one that I probably won't be able to turn around? I'm thinking it's going to be easier to turn around than an 8 Cylinder sedan that sucks down Premium fuel only.

I'd take it, myself. If the car's just sitting there gathering snow, anything is better than nothing.

I'd take it too. If you're only asking $1500 the car can't be all that great. Get more use out of the computer writign it off.

Very true. The car only goes for ~$800-$1000 on ebay. 😛

The guy that's buying it is from South Chicago. He's going to have to drive at least 2 hours, just to see the car. I don't understand, but I'm not complaining, either.

Ironically, I've replace the Aurora with an '05 Civic. Just realized that's what your car is...😀
