so my site www.thedamnstraights.com was designed by a friend using iframes.

can a "sitemap" be the equivalent of changing the design of the site to not have i frames? i personally want the iframes gone, but if the sitemap does the same then i guess i cant complain.

im pretty decent with seo, but i dont know the answer to that question
