If I made a video, how can I convert one of the frames into a high quality jpeg to edit in photoshop? Anyone know of any good programs? Thanks

you can select the exact frame you want and export it as a jpeg
is that better quality than capturing the frame in, say zoomplayer?

no idea never used zoomplayer

but the quality really depends on teh quality of the vid. if you wanna save a 1600x1200 jpeg from a 640x480 20 meg video its gonna look like sh!t. but if teh vid is big 700 megs 800x600 or larger then teh quality is fine
